A Beautiful Weekend

We had a gorgeous weekend here. We took Cruz down to the beach on Saturday afternoon and let him walk on the sand for awhile. It was a little windy down there but not too bad at all. Then we spent some time playing outside on his new slide and pushing his car around the yard. Today was even nicer then yesterday so we've been outside a lot today as well. This next week is supposed to be close to 70 every day so we should get lots of fresh air this week:) Hopefully this is a sign that spring is on the way and winter is over with!

My parents (Gary & Carmen) celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on the 3rd so we had a surprise dinner for them this weekend. Wish we could have been back in Nebraska for it but I guess we'll just have to celebrate when we're home in 2 weeks! Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!!!
