Happy Birthday Cruz!!!

I can't believe Cruz is one today! It doesn't seem like that long ago that we were sitting in the hospital room with a new baby boy in our laps. Well Jake was home all day today since he's working nights so we decided to take Cruz to the park and then for some ice cream. He enjoys the park more and more each time we go.

So exciting news...Cruz took his first steps today!!! All day he was really starting to let go of things and stand by himself. So he was looking out our screen door at Tucker so I moved him back from the door and he took 3 little steps to get to the door! I think Jake & I scared him from being so excited ha! Then we moved him to the middle of the room and had him walk to his train, I caught this on video that I posted below. It's kind of hard to see but I missed him walking to the door on video so this is the best we have for now:)
